 Harper Real Estate, located minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) in the suburban Delaware County community of Ridley Park, is a third generation firm that has been serving Southeastern Pennsylvania for over 60 years.
The agency provides commercial as well as residential brokerage and property management services.
The Commercial Division has a strong background in the commercial and residential land development process and, for example, has acted as a consultant and leasing agent for the recently built Ridley Shopping Center that is co-anchored by Acme Markets and Home Depot. The firm's service experience includes commercial and industrial sales, 1031 exchanges, business and leasing brokerage.
The Residential Division specializes in Buyer Agency, providing excellent personalized services to help their clients find that "dream home" as well as investment opportunities.
The firm's Property Management and Rental Division is responsible for residential and apartment units, as well as offering services for the management of commercial and industrial properties, such as the Ridley Shopping Center complex.

Lawrence (Larry) Yerkes was born and raised in Southeastern Pennsylvania and knows the Delaware Valley area well. He is an Associate Broker who is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
 Larry and his professional support team provide real estate brokerage services for commercial and investment properties, including retail, office, industrial, warehouse, residential, land and farm; as well as business brokerage and property management.
He is associated with Harper Real Estate in PA because they are an established firm with a long history of consistant, quality service and commitment to the local and regional community; and which enables him to offer a full range and depth of services and resources to meet the demands of any real estate requirement.
Larry has earned various nationally recognized Realtor designations/certifications as a result of training and experience, including e-PRO, GRI, ABR, SRES, TRC, RECS and more.
Prior to his becoming a realtor Larry had experience in buying/selling personal homes and land, acquiring commercial office space and assisting in relocation of corporate offices to new headquarters. He has executive management and hands-on experience in the areas of Information Technology, Operations, Project Management, Customer Service, Security, Finance and Facilities Management. He also had success in direct marketing and has been a principle in several businesses. This variety of experience, including military service, has enhanced his ability to adapt to any given situation and better understand your needs -- enabling successful real estate transactions yielding maximum results for you.
